The DFW Celiac support group has a list of acceptable moisturizers for those with CD: http://www.dfwceliac.org/html/skin___body_care.php
Also, adding some Essential Fatty acids to your diet will help your dry skin. I take Fish Oil regularly but if you can't tolerate that try Flax seed oil. I used to have outrageously dry skin, but since going GF and adding the EFAs, I rarely need to use moisturizers.
Also, if you've not done so, you should have your two daughters screened for CD as it is a genetic disorder. I didn't find out that I had it until I was 42 and my boys were 8 and 10 1/2. It turns out they both have it as well and they've done tremendously better healthwise since switching to the GF diet. The sooner you catch it the better as the chances for autoimmune disorders associated with this disease increase the longer you continue consuming gluten. You could first do the genetic test and see if they have the genes.
