once upon a child in plano also has gently used shoes and tons of cute little outfits. i didn't pay much attention to the price though as i have a boy! good luck!
My 3 year old is starting a dance class soon. I need to purchase ballet shoes but I have no idea how much they cost or where to buy them. Do discount stores sell ballet shoes and if so are they of good quality? Will they move well with her feet?
Thank you for your help! God bless you all!!

At age 3 - go for the Payless ones. I was told to go to the dance stores and get the "real" shoes for my 3 year old - quite a waste of money. As they get older, your concerns become more valid, but for learning basic moves and an appreciation for dance, you might want to consider Payless.
I hope your little twinkle toes has fun!

You can also get them at kid to kid. That's where I got my daughter's shoes and they were no more than $15 and possibly they were less. I can't remember exactly. I got her a leotard there as well.
Payless shoes have them for $15. They didn't have my daughters size though so I ended up on the zappos website and found a pair of capezio ones for $15. Better quality, free shipping and I had them in 2 days.
I was just in Payless on Sunday and they sell Ballet and Tap Shoes. I did not really pay attention to the price but i bet that they would be cheaper there then at a dance store! Good luck!!! :)
