we are having a fourth boy in December and can't decide on a name. So far we like Gabriel the best. Other names we have considered are Miles, James, Noah, Matthew, Quinn. Does anyone have any other ideas? All three of our other boys have biblical names. If we go with Gabriel, what would be a good middle name?
Forgot to add: we also like Lucas and Oliver as first name possibilities...James may end up being the middle name.
How about Asher Gabriel? Asher is Biblical and it means happiness. It was the name my mother chose if I were to have been a boy.

Try going with a mix of the nationality of you and your hubby. If it were me I would not go with the popular names. Our son is Stefan Alexander. Think of of how it sounds with the last name and if the initials spell anything. Both our kids initials spell Sam.
Gabriel is a great name but think twice if you will call him Gabe. We too loved the name Gabe but we thought that the kids might tease him and call him gay-boy. Something to think about.
My cousin named is child Miles and they call him Smiles, or at least did when he was small...which was too cute.
Matthew is a great middle name. Gabriel Matthew? Gabriel Quinn? Miles Quinn sounds kind of cool too. Personally, I like the idea of having a unique name in there. My kids have unique first names and common middle names. Something to think about.

Gabirel James is good, James is a common boys name though. Quinn however seems to be less common

I LOVE the name Gabriel, especially as a first name. I think Gabriel Matthew sounds great.
My older son is named Matthew, and I can't tell you how badly I wish that I would have forced my hubby to pick a less common name. I am pretty sick of going to the park and yelling "Matthew" and having some other kid named Matthew look at me as if I wanted to kidnap him ;)
I had A guy friend From church when I was a teen named Micah. I have always loved the name. Not to mention I had a huge crush on him! Is hat why I like the name?? ;-) wink ha ha

My boys name is Isaiah. I love the prophetic vereses from the book of Isaiah. Gave him his uncles name as a middle. Isaiah Ray. We call him Zaya except when he's in trouble. Then it's I-Zay-A!! lol he's in trouble alot. He decided he likes it, but wishes I had named him Justin or Jacob. I think I'll stick with Zaya. <3
My son's name is Elias (which means God is light or something close to that). I love that name and love the nicname Eli!!!!! What about Elias Gabriel? I also like Noah Michael.
A friend of mine did Biblical names and named her kids Elijah and Jeshua (nope, not a misspelling for Joshua - which I also like). I do love Gabriel. My favorite boy names are Jackson, Tanner, and Sawyer.
I named my son James Alexander. James was for my father, Alexander was just because it sounded nice. I love the name Noah, but it didn't sound right with our last name. You could do Gabriel James, Gabriel Matthew... or I think that Gabriel would go with any of your options as a nice middle name too.
I like Gabriel James or Noah James. I think that both first names sound good with the middle name James. With James as a first name you have to decide if you want to call him James, Jamie, Jim, or Jimmy. I guess with any name you have to pick a nickname if you want one or DO NOT want one. Good Luck!!

I like Gabriel. We were looking into that name if we had a boy (it was a girl), but it didn't go well with our other son's name. We would have used my husband's first name as the middle name.
Noah is incredibly popular right now. I think I know 3-4 under 1 with that name, if that makes any difference to you.
Amongst my kids I have a Matthew James and a Quinn (girl) so those are all great names!
