Hi, everyone. I have looked at the list of business reviews, but I'd like to hire a handyman who comes highly recommended by several moms. We tried someone last year, but we weren't too happy with him. Does anyone have an awesome handyman? We need someone to do a little drywall replacement and few misc. jobs. Thanks to everyone who kindly gave me names, number, and additional reference information. We selected to have a drywall professsional assess and fix our biggest problem: a wall with water damage and mold. We will keep the names and numbers for a list of jobs in the near future, but our immediate household issues have been solved. Thanks again, ladies! This forum is such a valuable resource. * Added on 3/29/09: We had Carlos, suggested by Lynda, come out today to provide an estimate on a large intake grate that is about ready to fall out of our ceiling. He was professional, arrived on time, knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and he gave us a fair estimate. We will definitely use him for our other projects!

I have known him for about 10 years and he has done work in my home (remodeled my bathroom, replaced wood rot, changed light fixtures, door hardware, plumbing issues, etc.) He also has remodeled several investment properties that I bought and updated then "flipped". I am a Realtor and I recommend Carlos to all my clients. He is from Paraguay but speaks fluent English, his brother is a custom home builder as well.
