What a good question!! Last month, we were ready to replace our aging AC unit and called 6 companies for quote appointments. Only ONE called us back and followed through long enough for us to get a quote. It was Chas Roberts. Although I prefer to use family owned companies to support small businesses, we will be using them. They were professional, timely and most importantly, they did what they said they would do.

Parker & Sons in Excellent, and not bad priced. They are there when you need them and always fix the problem the first time. We use them all the time. Very nice ppl.
