I need some reccomendations on pediatricians in the area of Pleasanton/Dublin. I have a 2 year and 4 year old kids.
Livermore/Pleasanton Pediatric group has great doctors and typically you can get in for a same day appt. They have a location in Pleasanton at the Valley Care medical facilty and in Livermore near Lifestyle Rx. Palo Alto Medical Cetner in Dublin is also good from what I have heard from friends. My friend see Dr. Curtz at the Palo Alto facility Good luck!
We've been going to Livermore/Pleasanton Pediatrics for almost 8 years (since my first son was born). They're great! All the doctors are nice, but the boys' "regular" dr is Dr. Flanzbaum. He's so good with the kids. Also, they're open on Sat. mornings, which can come in handy.

We use the Pleasanton/Livermore Pediatric Group located in the offices at Valley Care Hospital complex. They have another office in Livermore. How this works is they have a group of Dr.'s and you can rotate through them to see who you like (who works well with your children) and then once you have decided who you like you can schedule all your appt's with that specific Dr. The only time you may not get the Dr. you ask for is if your child is sick and needs to be seen that day--- then you get whoever is available. My friend and I both go there and both of us prefer different Dr.'s so I would definitely rotate through all of them before you decide. That is if you decide to go with this group. :-) We have loved them. Plus it makes it convenient if you have to do labs or have x-rays (from swallowing a coin or something) since everything is right there.
We use Bayside Pediatrics in Livermore and both of my girls use Dr. Carol Gill. We also have used Dr. Stephanie Moses and like her too. They are both very grandmotherly, take time to talk to not only mom, but also the child. I love the fact that they have a separate section and doors for teens, so my girls can really grow up with their doctor. Once they hit puberty, I want them to have a doctor that they have known for years and feels comfortable talking to.
