look into Stroller Strides. If you are looking for exercise for yourself. Mommy and me I have done gymboree, some moms I know take their little ones to my gym.

Gymboree has a baby yoga class. But I would say that it's the best bet to go to the YMCA

We are actually having an Open House at our Studio in Chesapeake this Saturday, March 1st, at 7pm. I also live in Chesapeake. A good place to check out is the city of Chesapeake Leisure Guide. You can get a copy mailed to you or just look at it on line at www.chesapeake.va.us there are quite a few classes available and you can see which ones are closest to you. They have different ones at all the Community Centers in the city. Most of them cost about $20 to $30. I hope it helps you. Also, I'm not sure if you checked already but the YMCA might have something.
