Yes make sure yougo when weather is good. Its a very dreary town along with cloudy and cold. Once the day starts usually ends warm. We atarted off with68 and ended at 76 so it wasn't bad and the water park was what we did last also you need two days at michigan advantures not one. Have fun !!

We went about 8 years ago and we got there right after they had opened and we were done with all the rides by late afternoon.

Yes, but we only went once. I thought it was a really nice park for a family with smaller ones. They have rides, but not many intimidating rides like Cedar Point even though they are owned by Cedar Point. I like the way the park was much more affordable.

I LOVED the way you don't have to pay extra for the water park. My family really had fun there. It took us the whole day to get thru the park and the different attractions. I don't remember the day we went but the longest ride line for us was about an hour.

Unless you are a thrill seeker looking for heart stopping rides and you have kids I think you will enjoy it.

Yes, we went about 2 years ago. I had a 4 year old and a todler at the time. It's the perfect place for small kids. We had fun and you can do the entire park in a day. It's not a big park.
The only down side was that we had to drive home the same day. I think it was about a 3 hour drive. In my opinion, There no nice hotels in that area only motels.

I have been to Michigan Adventures every year at least once. Because I use to live there up until 8 months ago. They are owned by Cedar Point so if you get a season pass for around $80 you can go to both places. The costs at MA are around $26 per day. It is only a small amusement park but better quality and quantity than a carnival. It also has lots of water park stuff to do such as 4-6 wave pools and a lot of water slides.
There is a few nice hotels there too, there is a holiday inn downtown right across the street from a play type theater. The is also a really nice one walking distance from there (i cant remember the name) next to the marina. it does take 3 hours to get there and 6 hours in one day driving plus the amusement park may be too long of a day. there are some more motel like places just as you come into town if you want cheap too for hotel. let me know if you have anymore questions about MA or the area in general I use to live there for 18 years. Have a good vacation.
