Looking for Short Sleeve Shirts. Help!

You should go to Plato's Closet in Flower Mound, it a resale shop, with a kids' one next door. It is on 1171 about 5 miles west of 35.

I don't know what your style is, but if you like to dress a little bit young/trendy, you can get some GREAT bargains at Plato's Closet in Flower Mound. It's a resale store but they only take things that are in great shape. I have to be selective about what I choose there (I don't want to look like the proverbial "old lady trying to look like a teen") but I have found some good stuff there. And it's GREAT for jeans.

JCP at Vista Ridge is the "show store" for the entire company. There clothes always go on sale cheap and fast. They have to get ready for the next season a month or so before everyone else so the film crew can come in and tape the store to show all the other JCP what they are supposed to look like. I talked with one of their employees on Friday and she said the big sales were starting this week and next.

Try Ross or TJ Maxx in Highland Village. Both stores at 2499 and 407 but on opposite corners.

I was just at Kohl's in Lewisville this weekend and they had lots on their clearance racks. (Valley Ridge exit, turn right. It's on the other side of Lowe's, in case you're not familiar with the area).

For basic T's and tanks, Old Navy or oldnavy.com might still have some (or the Gap).

You might pick up some cardigans or zip-up hoodies, or a light-weight jacket while you're shopping. You'll be in short sleeves until January :-). The cardigans/hoodies are handy for layering in the mornings and evenings when it's a little cooler.

The Children's Place in Grapevine Mills Mall had tons of boy and girl short sleeves on sale for $2.99 last week when we were there :)
