I'm looking for a pediatrician for my twin baby girls (1 year) and my (two 1/2 year old) older daughter. I had heard good things about Levy & O'Brien in Deerfield and HIghland Park Pediatric Associates. Has any one heard of these practices or have recommendations?

Hi S., my 3 year old son sees a pediatrician from the Advocate Medical Group. Her name is Nan Kwon she's from Lutheran General Hospital. They have 4 doctors practicing in this office so if needed we can see someone 7 days a week. Dr. Helen Arkema is also very nice.They're at 1255 N. Milwaukee, Glenview ###-###-####. There's also an office in Buffalo Grove, you'll have to ask them about it. I'm happy with the doctor but I think you can do better.
I have been using this office ever since my son was born 6 years ago, I love them. I live all the way out in Long Grove now, and still make the drive to Skokie because I'm so happy with the staff. Dr. Cathy Divencenzo is the original doctor, you may want to meet with her first if you choose to go here, she is wonderful.
We have a fabulous pediatrician in Glenview-Thea Yosowitz. She is on staff at Evanston. The group is part of North Shore university health System. Feel free to email me with questions...she has been nothing short of a blessing! We are so fortunate to have her!
We switched to Levy & O'Brien when our 2nd was born. The first practice we were at had 6 doctors, and what seemed like a rotating door. We're with Dr. Schott at this practice, and she knows us and our kids. We've seen Levy or O'Brien when Dr. Schott was not available. All have been great.
We've heard great things about the practice from friends who have older children. One friend said it was Dr. O'Brien who diagnosed a rare condition with his son, when no other doctor could figure it out. Dr. O'Brien basically saved his son's life.
The only down side to the practice is it's closed around noon on Saturdays. We've used the CVS Minute Clinic as an alternative on weekends.
I took my kids to Pediatric Associates of the North Shore from the time they were little until nearly 18. They always managed to get me in if I called for an emergency or sick visit. Try them out. They had 2 locations, 1 in Glenview and the other in downtown Wilmette
