I saw it too, it was on Good Morning Texas. It's called Lockitz, and it's done on tiles, you have to email them for a price list. The website is Lockitz.com I never emailed them because I decided to do something else but I bookmarked the site.
Several months ago one of the local TV stations (Dallas/Ft Worth) lifestyle segment featured a small home business (two moms whose hobby turned into a business). The gals made jewelry and upon a special request experimented with a process where they laminated or something a child's picture onto the middle stone of a necklace they were making. I didn't make note of their website and have been looking for it ever since. Anyone know about this? They are great necklaces!

I know someone that does this, but it's probably not who you saw on TV. Her name is Shelia Bird and she has her own business making jewelry, wall hanging, and bottlecap necklaces - among others. Her e-mail address is ____@____.com. I made a domino like that of my kids and I love it. I also made them for grandma's and they loved it too! Good luck!
I have a friend named Martha Cole that does this type of work, not sure if it is her you saw.. Here is her online shop, you can send her a message..
I have a friend who does this with a friend. I can't remember the name of their business and I'm not sure what all they make, but they're absolutely gorgeous and personalized. Her name is Kathy Bober. Tell her C. Carroll referred you. Her e-mail address is: ____@____.com
If your looking to doing it yourself, you can also take a picture and place it on the stone & brush a product called Modge Podge, it goes on like a glue & dries clear. I do it for my puzzles I want to frame after finishing placing wax paper under it...you can find it at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.
Great stuff!
Have you looked into doing it yourself? Might be a fun project. I have a friend that made some cool necklaces with her kids pictures on them. She bought a special glue that when put under a light bulb it turns to laquer. I believe she bought the glue and the necklaces at a craft store/hobby shop. if you're interested, I'll ask where she bought them when I talk to her and get back to you.
