I am looking for a lady by the name of Mindy who creates hand painted plates. She uses the handprint or footprint of your baby as the base of the design. I believe she was out of Plano, but am not sure. I would love to have her do another plate for me, but I only have her first name to go by. The back of my plate actually says Mindy and Pam. Any information would be much appreciated!

Their company is called Creative Memories. Her name is Pam Ott. I don't have a number but with their last name you should be able to find a number. Good luck!
