I had my son at Banner Desert.
Hello!
I know that I will have a c-section because of previous difficulties and would like a recommendations about an OB GYN in the east valley. Also, hospital recommendations like Gilbert Mercy, Banner Desert, Chandler, or even Scottsdale Shea. Also, I would like an OB who has ultrasound, labs, etc on site so I don't have to trek across town for yet another appointment. Thanks so much!

I had my son at Banner Desert.
I have Goodman and Partridge (they are actually a practice that has about 14 different doctors. They deliver at Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert. I have had 2 at chandler, my last at MG. I prefer MG, it was a very positive experience.
A., I was just at my gyno the other day and I told her that if I wasn't 42 years old, I would have another child just so that I could see her more than once a year. Her name is Joan Warner and she is at Kyrene and Chandler Blvd. and delivers at Chandler, Mercy Gilbert and maybe another. She is very popular, so I am not sure she is even taking new patients, but if she is, I highly recommend her! You can reach her at ###-###-####.
I delivered at Mercy Gilbert and was very pleased with my experience there.
Good Luck!
I delivered at Good Sam, which sounds like is out of your range, but I had two friends deliver at Scottsdale Shea recently and wasn't impressed. Their supposedly luxurious rooms are only for birth, so you're not in them very long. For one of my friends, they took the baby away at night and brought it back every three hours for feeding, sometimes with a pacifier in her mouth. Exactly what all my research on breastfeeding says should not happen. For another, hospital policy overrode the doctor on when they'd admit her to induce (they wanted to do it early for a number of reasons).
Hi A. -
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my obg-yn Dr. Jew (pronounced Joe) - he is in Gilbert adnw as fabulous before, during and after my pregnancy with my twins. His number is ###-###-####. He also delivers at mercy Gilbert which is where I delievered via c-section and it was a beautiful experience.
I loved SouthWest womens care, delivered both of my kids at banner. Dr Mourad, Williamson, Wilson etc etc....and it's a group and you will meet all of them. I liked all of them...except for one who actually ended up delivering my second, but it's because I only met her one time before...they have an office in awatukee and on dobson and baseline. :)
I love Dr. Eric Hazelrigg at Comprehensive Women's Healthcare. I have also seen the other doctors and PA/nurses there, they are all great. I also love that they have everything at their office, just like you wanted. I never went anywhere except their office. They only deliver at Banner Desert, but I loved it there. The office is on Gilbert & Guadalupe behind the new Fresh & Easy.

I have 2 children and had a very diifcult pregnancy the first time around, that resulted in a lengthy hospialization, emergency hospital transfer, emeregency OB care transfer and my son being born via emergency c-section (and then staying in the NICU), so after all that I was very afraid to have another child. The doctors I was transferred to during that complicated pregnancy were: Southwest Womens Care. And I LOVED them. I met all the doctors in the practice (2 women and 3 men) & they were all very nice. They deliver at Banner Desert and are the on staff OBs. That means no matter when you go into labor or have a problem, one doctor from their clinic is ALWAYS on site. That eased my mind a lot during my 2nd pregnancy (that by the way went off without a hitch). This practice also gave me the choice of having a VBAC or another c-section the 2nd time around (something I know many clinics don't let you decide).
So, I'd HIGHLY recommend SOUTHWEST WOMENS CARE! They have ultrasounds and labs on site at their Ahwatukee location (they also have a smaller office in Mesa right down the raod from Banner Desert Hospital).
I saw the posting for Dr. Warner, and I do love her (she was my first OB), only problem is she doesn't have an ultrasound on site, and doesn't take high risk, so when I had my complications, I was transferred out of her care, and that wasn't much fun swicthing doctors half way through. The first poster is right though- she's very popular and can be difficult to get in to see.
clint leonard-mercy gilbert-can't go wrong-no complaints
I love Dr. Courtney Hunt at Desert Jewel Obstectrics and the staff at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.
Dr. Hunt's office has 3D and 4D ultrasound equipment and has a wonderful staff. http://www.desertjewelobgyn.com ###-###-####

I LOVE my OBGYN, his name is Dr. Hazelrigg and he's with Comprehensive Women's Health Care on Gilbert and Guadalupe in Gilbert. You have your ultrasounds right in the office. I'm really picky when it comes to doctors and he is just great. He is so personable and takes the time to get to know you and answer all your questions. He delivered my son in October via C-section at Banner Gateway and I LOVED the hospital. The staff and accomodations were amazing. Hope this helps and good luck!
