I have purchased several area rugs from Kohl's. They always seem to have a sale and if you have their credit card you can even get more off on special occassions. Like starting on the 11th I have a coupon for an additional 30% off regular priced and the already sale items when I use my Kohl's card.

Good luck.

The DUMP, at 635 & Olympus....we got a room size for our living room for around $250. They are only open Fri-Sun I think.

I buy all of my area rugs on overstock.com. They ship them to your house for $2.95. As long as you know fabric content and the colors you are looking for, this is the best way to shop for rugs.

Big Lots, Kohl's, even Home Depot has some nice looking rugs that are not too pricey.

We bought a very nice Oriental Rug at Fiezy but it was not inexpensive (LOL, no one allowed on it here!)

Also Home Depot Expo is going out of business by the Galleria....nice rugs.

Good luck
