Splash on Van Dyke/Dale Mabry is really nice. The food is excellent and the service is just as good. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it is located in a shopping center. However, the food/service/atmosphere makes up for it.

Ir isn't exactly candles and flowers, but Charley's will make you a steak that will melt your heart (and your guy's, too!). The nice thing about Charley's is that while the food is great and the service excellent, it's not stuffy or girlie. :)
We love going to the Melting Pot for a nice romantic night out.

The Black Pearl in Safety Harbor is wonderful, it's small and the staff are great. It's a beautiful little p lace (doesn't look like much from the outside) but beautiful on the in.
You'll have a wonderful experience there.
Our favorites are Island Way Grill on Island Estates and Ceviche's in South Tampa depending on what we're in the mood for.
