Sugar Lips Cakery in Mesa is very good. Also, Tammy Coe Cakes are outstanding, but I think a little pricier than Sugar Lips.

I've heard great things about sugar lips cakery in Mesa, and my husband knows the owner. You can check out their website with lots of great sample cakes!
