I would like some recommendations from fellow KC moms for a great surgeon that is reasonably priced. I am planning to have breast augmentation done this fall. I figure I will get the best advice via word of mouth. So that being said, who have you ladies heard is the man or woman to see in KC?
Dr. Joseph Cannova....very caring doctor. I think he's in Overland Park or Leawood.
I will be doing the same search, just a lift and tuck. But, once my child is 2ish... But, use "100 best doctors". Interview doctors, check their background with the state med. board and ask for references and their resume. Choose someone practicing for more than 10 years but not over 40. (uncle is a doctor, gave me this advice). I interviewed pediatricians and chose one at Mercy...doctors thought I was nuts doing it, but hey--if I'm going to paying you for a service, I'd like to know who I'm paying.
I have had a consultation for a tummy tuck with Dr. John Quinn of Quinn Plastic Surgery Center. I was referred to him by my OBGYN. He is located in Overland Park. His number is ###-###-####. I got a great vibe from him and all of his staff. They seemed really knowledgable. However due to finances I was not able to follow through with my tummy tuck. I will get it one day...LOL They also had lots of before and after pics of all the work he has done. Good luck! I hope this helps.
I can't give you any names, but I did see something on TV a few years ago about the guy in OP from Monarch plastic surgery. He has had all kinds of complaints filed against him, and the gals on the news thing had been really disfigured, so I would warn you about that. Good luck.
