Looking for a Good Photography Studio in Buffalo Area.

My daughter is now 20 years old, but since she was born we used Sloan Photography. When I remarried in 2000 we used Sloan Photography. My first visit with Sloan was the owner of the company going door to door looking for new customers. The pictures that they took over the years were amazing, for a few reasons. #1 they always came to the house, at a scheduled time, and #2 they took positions as I requested at times as well as the traditional photos. We never packed up and went to a studio, until she was 17 for her yearbook picture. AT home the child is much more relaxed, comfortable and happy.

I have a 7 month old daughter and for my shower my sisters got me a session with a photographer that comes to your home our meets you out somewhere. She is amazing and very easy to work with. We love her! The pictures she took are incredible - everyone who walks in my house goes crazy over them! Check out her website. www.shportraits.com her name is samara. We went to JCPenny's this past week and they were ok, but I felt very rushed and when she didn't smile right away they seemed bored with photographing her and said they had enough pictures. I'm in Orchard Park and just found somone in East Aurora who is wonderful. Her name is Terry and her studio is Terry's Photo Studio which is on Main St. I had been going to Sears and the Picture People for all of my daughter's photos, but somone recommended me to her after the Picture People went out of business. She did a fantastic job and was reasonable. In fact, she does travel to your home (or wherever you want pictures) for a small fee. Feel free to contact me if you want further info.

hi! any place around here is good, sears, jc penny etc...but, there is a place in rochetser, "clix"...they were formerly "digiquick" and had several locations in buffalo. now they are just in rochester. anyways, they do this photo montage of nine shots of all the baby's parts and it is just adorable. it really captures all the little parts that will grow so quickly. they also do a ton more. i drove there for an afternoon with my son at six months and was really impressed. there are several locations but the closet in on ridge road near the greece ridge mall off of 390 in greece - about an hour & 15 minutes away and you can go to the mall or lunch while you wait for the photo's so you can get them the same day. they have a website, clix.com i think. if you can't find them e-mail me & i can find their number for you. ____@____.com it is REALLY worth the drive. several friends & family of mine have done the same thing & loved it. good - luck!
