I had the exact same thing done in our old house in Plainfield. I got a few estimates and the best (and most professional) was from Top Notch Remodeling. They did an awesome job! They made our loft into a 3rd bedroom and even added on a 4th bedroom in a big open space we had. The price was more than fair and the job was such great quality.
