Looking for a Good Deoderant

Weird question, I know but I am trying to find a really, really good deoderant/antipersperant for women. I have recently started working out again, and the deoderants I have been using just don't cut it for my workouts. Any suggestions on a really good one out there? I hate to spend lots of money on trying different ones trying to find one that works and lasts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Suggestions of ones for sensitive skin would be great, but don't have to be!)

The only one I find works for me is Arrid XX Dry. It can be a little hard to find, but it really works. I drink a lot of H2O and am very active and sweat a lot and none of the "womens" deods work for me. Hope it helps.

L.,
First, anti perspriants are not healthy for you. Especially when you are working out. Your body needs to cool down and get rid of toxins. And sweating is how that happens.
Most mainstream deodorans have aluminum in them. Not great for you. It has been linked to Altzheimers and other disease processes.
I've found the crystal stick or crystal spray is great. You can find it @ health food stores like MOM's, Whole Foods, Vitamin Superstore etc.
Hope this helps.

I used a lot of different deodorants until I found
Mitchum Roll On Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant Unscented.
It doesn't quit no matter what you're doing.
My husband and I both use it.

I have used Secret forever....probably since the 80's. It seems to work for me and it smells good - I like the stick kind (gels tend to be messier).

I used to use Mitchim or Dry Idea; both worked well. I now use a natural deodorant; I need to stay away from aluminum chlorhydrate, due to family history of breast cancer. Good luck and have fun working out!

I have been very picky about antiperspirant / deodorant and do have sensitive skin. What I use now is Body Satin from Melaleuca. It works very well, and does not have the aluminum chlorhydrate. I have a lady at my exercise bootcamp tell me I smell nice, too :)

You cna only get this straight from Melaleuca, so let me know if you want to give it a try. Hope you find your solution!

Try Secret Clinical Strength or Degree for Women Clinical Strength. I have used and liked both and I have sensitive skin.

I can use only straight deoderant due to allergy and like the Arm and Hammer Essentials. Cheap and effective. Target usually carries it.

I have found Mitchum to work the best. The solid (the gel seems to take a long time to dry). It has the highest percent of the active ingredient (which I forget, but all deorderants use the same active ingredient).

Actually Clinique makes a great deodorant. It's expensive but really great, I am a huge sweater and it's the only thing that has worked for me. Unfortunately it costs a lot to try it out but for me it's worth it.

I like Dove, but I agree with the other posters that you should not wear anti-perspirant when exercising. If you don't want a natural brand like Tom's, Nature's Gate or crystal-based brands (which work well), Lady Speed Stick has a clear DEODORANT, not antiperspirant, that comes in many good scents.

Hi L.,
I suggest you try Feelin' Fresh by Avon. Many men use it and it works for them so it should hold up through your workout. It can be ordered from www.youravon.com/mtaylor-brown
It is fairly inexpensive too.
