Locally Raised Grass Fed Beef and Free Range Poultry.

We buy our beef and chicken from a farm in Lompoc called Dey Dey's Best Beef Ever (I know, kind of a weird name) - we buy it at our local farmer's market in Torrance, but they are at a variety of farmer's markets. Check out their website www.bestbeefever.com, they have a listing of the farmers markets where they go. We haven't been, but you can go up there and take a tour of the farm and see the animals, farming techniques... they are great! Whole Foods and Bristol Farms (only certain locations) are also good for buying grass fed and free range meats.

Erewhon or Whole foods. Don't know exactly where you live. there's a whole foods on santa monica blvd. at fairfax, one at fairfax and third, one in el segundo, one in redondo beach, one off of ventura in sherman oaks and I'm sure others. Also, erewhon is a great market and there's one on beverly near the grove. If you live on the east side there is also a great little market called Nature mart on Hillhurst.

Most larger farmer's markets have local bred beef and chicken. They are generally much more affordable than stores too.

While I am not sure if you mean a farm or something similar. I know that Whole Foods has both of those types of meat. This is a very healthy place you can not only purchase grass fed beef and free range chicken everything esle in the store is natural and organic. All the dairy as well. The store is located on 3rd and Beverly. Erewhon is also a store with healthy foods.
