The Greenway in Kingsport has some pretty spots along it, too. You might also want to try Steele Creek in Bristol. Can't give you exact directions, but you ought to be able to find them on a map or ask another local for directions.

Hi A.,

There are several great places to take pictures close to Kingsport. If you are looking for a park Warrior's Path is really pretty. Bay's Mountain has native animals including a great wolf exhibit. Depending on how far you want to travel there are many more great areas. The Holston river along Netherland Inn Road has some beautiful spots including a swinging bridge. If I can be of help with directions etc, please contact me. I hope those suggestions get her started.
