JFF: What Show Are You Embarrassed to Say You Love?

I would have to say Duck Dynasty! Not only do I love the show but, I have a huge crush on Jase. :) I have officially crossed over to redneck land. LOL

Dance Moms. It's such a train wreck, the kids love it too when I let them watch it with me. They always look at me after the show and say, "wow Mom, I'm so glad you're not crazy like them", lol.

Oooh, Wife Swap, that's another good one that I never admit to watching.

I'm also a huge Shameless fan, but not really embarrassed about that, the acting is fantastic.

Bachelor/Bachelorette! I know, I know, lol.

Kind of embarrassed to tell my friends at church that I love the Walking Dead and Mad Men LOL...neither are very holy by any means but I enjoy them both immensely!

All of the Bravo TV shows - makes me feel happy with not being rich, since they show in every episode how shallow and unhappy those people can be.

Doctor Who. It has sucked me in and I don't know if I want to get out!

Dance Moms. I have that DVR'd every week since my son has practice when it's on. Then I watch it the next day while my daughter is taking her nap.
That woman, the teacher, is crazy. And the fact that these women (who really aren't that bad) let their girls stay and be berated by this horrible woman is beyond me. But I can't get enough!
(and the little girls are lovely,sweet, respectful, and great dancers)

Duck Dynasty! It's actually pretty funny and has a nice message at the end. I'm also a fan of Spongebob Squarepants!

I don't really watch much TV although my husband and son have gotten me intrigued by Psych, which I find to be a very clever show. My real guilty pleasure and big embarrassment are The Bachelor and Bachelorette. I am offended by the underlying premise and don't find it a realistic way to develop a lasting relationship, but for some reason I get sucked in every season. In my defense, I usually DVR it and watch it when I can, fast forwarding through commercials and while folding laundry or doing another household chore. When does the next one start....May? (-:

I should be embarrassed about most of my TV line up! ;) Lately I've been into Preacher's Daughters and I'm also thinking of recording World's Worst Tattoos. I also love ANTM (America's Next Top Model) and oh...I should probably be really embarrassed by Secrets of the American Teenager and Bunheads. I mean I can really get into some HS drama! Haha!

Oh and I LOVED Teen Mom but only the original season...I can't get into the season 2 girls.

I'm watching a re-run of Bones right now... David Boreanez as Seeley Booth and as Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer is certainly easy on the eyes!

oh, i haven't been THAT shy about it (but after being outed and mocked by men, i had to go on the offensive........after all, they watch pawn stars, parking wars and swamp people!). i love america's next top model!
well, in reruns on oxygen. i can't find new episodes, and not sure i'll like the new format.
but right up there with ONTM is top chef. LOVE top chef! and chopped.
i like contests. cupcake wars is awesome until they get to the display phase. i'm only interested in what they cook.
my older son recently came home and exclaimed in horror, 'mom! you're getting project runway from netflix??? by the disc? really???'
when i told him not to judge he said he just can't help it.
huh.
but he'll watch iron chef with me!

I guess I should be more embarrassed about the shows I DON'T like. All of my friends are crazy about that Duck Dynasty show. I have watched it many times with the hubby, who is also obsessed with it, and I cannot believe how boring and stupid it is. I watch some bearded men walk around a swamp, then I watch them sit in a warehouse, crack a few jokes, barely a few being mildly funny, and then it is all over. An hour of my life I will never get back. I would rather be watching the History channel or reading a good book.

ETA: I didn't realize wife swap was still on! I totally love that show! Do you remember the God Warrior episode?!!!!

Also, I have heard a lot of people talk about that walking dead show - I haven't watched it yet - what is it about??

I fogot to add one - that Chicago Fire show. I don't know how it hooked me but it did. It used to drive me nuts, now I love it.

Hell's Kitchen. Like, completely embarrassed to admit it... I'm sure it's all staged, too. :)~

And maybe, just maybe, a little red-faced about Burn Notice. It's a total "stuff blows up" show, which isn't usual for me. Plus it's total 'guy' show with lots of bikini shots and jiggly girls, helpless women, etc. "Where are the guys in speedos?" I ask my husband-- he just laughs.

I'll just go ahead and make everyone else feel better...I've been secretly watching The Bad Girls Club. It is HORRIBLE, and I love it :).

Teen Mom and Dance Moms. They are such train wrecks. I can't imagine how these people get through life every day. Makes me feel like I'm less of a disaster than I seem. : )
