JFF What Havent They Done

I just got back from grocery shopping with my 5 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. No one had a melt down, including me. So it's a good day! LOL

I'm not going to say it here....otherwise, my mouth God's ears....will wait till the end of the day and ETA... :D

ETA as promised - My daughter has recently picked up this annoying habit of pulling out a kitchen draw (that is the first thing she can reach over the gate across the kitchen entrance), pulling out all stuff from it, and closing it. Over and over again.
She didn't do it today. Tried once, I gave her 'the look', said No, and she said OK and walked off! Yay! :)

This summer my children have not been getting up before 7 a.m. most of the time. They're actually taking the time to sleep in. Yay!

They haven't irreparably broken anything....yet.

My 3 year old son has gone all day without a tantrum, or talking about farts ...So easy to love him on days like these ;)

My 4 year old has not had a melt down about her swimming lesson coming up this afternoon.

Bickering. I have 2 daughters, 12 & 15 so bickering is an hourly occurance. But, they are also best friends and they recover quickly so I try to roll with it.

The kids are all living on their own now ----- but no one called at any ungodly hour saying MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which could be anything from car trouble to daycare issues to who knows what.

My kids know they can call and ask for help anytime day or night and I will be there for them ---- maybe a little grumpy and disheveled but there for them.

my son hasn't complained about any aches or pains.....but wait the day isn't over yet!!

My kids, are actually being in a quiet mood this morning.
Thank GAWD!
And they haven't left a mess everywhere yet.
Let's just see how long that lasts.....
