JFF: Those Chips on the Main Page... Mmmm....

JFF: What is your favorite flavor/type of chips?

My favorite is salt and vingar kettle chips, but jalepeno kettle chips come in close second!
Just thinking about them makes me salivate! I only keep baked chips in the house or I'd eat them all!

Edit: I didn't realize salt and vinegar were so popular! Why can't they make baked ones????

What can I do next?

I get a huge bag of Kettle chips at Costco. They stay fresh quite a while after opening - not that they last long in my house! btw, the popular salt and vinegar flavor derives from British "chips" (as in fish 'n chips, ie. french fries). We used to sprinkle them with salt and vinegar - very popular over the pond!

Salt and vinegar, for sure. I could eat those all day long!

Added: if you have a Trader Joe's near you, they DO have baked salt and vinegar chips. Also Target has them (just bought some yesterday after reading this post, thank you very much!), but I think the Trader Joe's ones are yummier. And there's something called PopChips, which ALSO has salt and vinegar flavor...they're a bit weird at first, but once you get used to them, they're pretty good.

Okay, literally my mouth started watering too! How funny is that! And yes, I'm a salt and vinegar fan too and have often wondered why there was never a baked option. I actually have to say though that my favorite is Pringles Salt and Vinegar. I surprised myself when I bought them but if all you SV fans out there haven't tried them, get on it b/c they are awesome! They are super tart and delicious! BBQ chips are my other favorite. It's hard to choose between them, I'm a chip girl through and through. I prefer super crunchy kettle cooked varities but Lay's are pretty delish too!

I love Lays Salt and Vinegar chips too or Dill Pickle flavor...don't like the Kettle chips though, they are too hard for me.

Not really a big chip eater, I absolutely can not stand Sour Cream and Onion flavored ones...ICK!

I do love salt and vinegar chips - love to eat them until my mouth tingles and the edges burn.

My favorite though are Baked Lay's Cheese and Sour Cream. The Baked taste better than the regular ones, but I can eat a whole bag of those too.
