JFF Cravings: Sweet or Salty?

We are trying to eat more healthfully here at my house. Got my Freshman daughter off to the first day of high school today... It's definitely a Monday and my cravings are in overdrive! I'd love a bag of potato chips or a super yummy rice crispy treat. Fortunately we don't have either in the house, so I'll make due with a cold Mike's Hard Cranberry Lemonade. I usually have a terrible sweet tooth but more and more these days I'm craving something salty or savory rather than sweets.

What do you crave? Sweets or salty? What is your weakness?

What can I do next?

Definitely sweet trumps salty, but I am especially fond of sweet-salty combo. Right now my weakness is lightly salted honey-wheat pretzel sticks dipped in Nutella - yummo!

Salty. If you have a bag of salt and black pepper Kettle chips? I'm your best friend. If I could get away with salting the rim of my gin&tonic glass, I so would....

Usually salty. But sticking a few french fries in ice cream is the best of both worlds!

Have a payday candy bar. Sweet and salty. I had a mini one today as a treat. Perfect!

Oh, I guess the Newcastle Brown Ale I am drinking now would be my 2nd treat of the day. LOL

Salty. I only crave sweets once a month. The rest of the time I would gladly skip dessert and have a second helping of supper.

Definitely salty. I seldom eat sweets - just don't care for them all that much. But I LOVE salty foods.

Ugh, I could use a bag of chips right now. For me, during the day I crave chips, salty or savory things. At night I want a big chunk of dark chocolate. Every night.

both!
nothing as awesome as a big bag of bbq chips, something fruity sweet like skittle, topped off with some really good quality chocolate like green and black's.
oh wait. i don't eat like that any more.
(much.)
:)
really, i love both. it just depends on circumstances which one hits me harder.

Well I must be weird, but I am not a sweets person nor a salty person, per cravings. If I had to choose, probably salty.
But what I will "crave" if I do have cravings, are like actual types of foods... ie: like wanting Italian or Thai food or Chinese food, or just a burger.
Not the actual "sweet" or "salty" type cravings.
