Hi Moms! I have my menu planned out for the week and most of my meals this week call for shredded cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese,parmesan,mozzarella...
Anyway, I was wondering if I should make the trip to Walmart to buy all this cheese or should I just buy it at Tom Thumb? I was wondering if Walmart really is cheaper.

What can I do next?

Kraft cheese is on sale at Kroger this week, and it is part of their 10 mix-n-match items. If you buy 10 of these items, you get an additional $5 off your total bill! Plus, you can use coupons on top of all that if you have them. Kroger does double & triple coupons.

Generally it may be cheaper at Walmart, but if you use coupons matched with sales, you can get it for cheaper at Kroger or Tom Thumb. I got a few bags of shredded Kraft cheese at Tom Thumb for 24 cents each after coupons last week, and several at Kroger for around 75 cents a bag after their discounts. An example of cheap Kroger shopping is here:

Since Walmart doesn't double/triple coupons (as far as I know), sometimes it is cheaper to shop at the regular grocery stores.
