I wouldn't be worried about pregnancy until you've taken a pregnancy test and made an appointment with your OB. You could have some hormonal things going on, but if you have some serious stressors in your life that can affect your menstrual cycle as well.

EDITED: My answer is based on "tubal" meaning you had a tubal ligation, not having a tubal pregnancy. Either way you should get to your OB for a blood test to be sure, and worry about a tubal pregnancy can be reassured and eliminated with additional tests.

Have you taken a test? You should be able to get an accurate result with one.

First take a prego test and see what it says. If it is negative than do not stress. Are you over 30? Our cycles often change as we age. I am 33, and just this year went from being 32 days like clockwork to only having one every second or third month. At first I was freaked out, kept thinking I was prego or something, but then I learned that it was natural. It is always a good idea with cycle changes though to go ahead and see your doctor just to rule out any other causes.

If you want to get pregnant and are worried about a tubal again don't, I got remarried and wanted a child with my new hubby. 1st time I had a tubal. 2nd time I had a miscarriage and third time i had a bueatiful little girl. And then i had another miscarriage. It's not the time to worry about bad things if your trying to have a child. Worry about taking care of yourself either way if you're pregnant or not. Take a test, see a doctor. Good Luck .

Im confused. Do you mean a tubal pregnancy or tubal ligation? Either way I suppose a pg test is needed but I hope it all turns out ok which ever way it is.

take a pregnancy test. 99% of the time they are right. and make an appt. for your ob/gyn to check you out.

take a test. And then go to the doctor either way.
