If you can do clerical work you can go work for a temp agency, or several temp agencies. People don't want to hire pregnant women because there is time and money spent training you and then you would immediately go on maternity leave and pregnant women can't work everyday because of drs visits, etc. A temp agency is a great solution to those problems. You only work on days when you are available. So if you don't feel well or have a dr appt you dont have to accept an assignment that day. There is no time or money spent training you since you are usually just assigned to cover phones, take messages, type, etc. They don't have to add you to the insurance or give you benefits. It's a good deal for everybody. These sometimes turn into full time positions, so, it would be a good way to start making contacts now before baby comes.

Put an ad on craigslist asking for work, but explain that you are pregnant. You never know what you may get. It can't hurt to ask. Sometimes people are thinking about hiring a part time person but don't want to spend the money placing ads.

You also might want to have a garage sale.......you might not make a fortune, but every little bit helps............if you don't have alot of stuff, go to garage sales, at the last of the day, and buy stuff really cheap to put in yours. I would suggest if you do that, you drive a bit away from your house to buy the stuff..

Good Luck and take care.
