Why not ask a couple high or junior high schoolers to do it for you. They may need the extra cash. You may have a youth group at church that could use the money for a trip. Throw in face painting or any art project they can be in charge of.
Try baskin robbins. Our local baskin robbins comes and does our neighborhood ice cream social every year for our homeowners association.
Ice Cream sundae's are soooo easy, let the kids make them themselves. It will give them a sense of accomplishment while having fun....and it will save you money!
