How to Know If Your Pregnant

I had all of my children while taking the BCP, the first time it happenend I was still pumping milk for my daughter, as she was a big bitter, got pregnant before she was 1 years old, I took a test. Than with the birth of my second child, I was BF him and I would take a test every three months, just to make sure, since I had a previous problem with the BCP I was taking. That BC lasted 1 1/2 years and I was pregnant again with baby number 3. Now I stopped taking BCP and I have and IUD put in and it has been great!!! Taking a test is a sure fine way to find out!!!

You really wouldn't unless you take a urine or blood test.

If you are breastfeeding ON DEMAND, you are more than likely not going to get pregnant. However, it is always a possiblity especially if you are putting your baby on a schedule or holding her off in between feedings.

So, take a test and then make sure to start taking your pills every day at the same time.

Or read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" because you could chart and just not have sex during your fertile time and then you wouldn't need to take pills.......

I got pregnant while breastfeeding...twice. If you really want to be sure, take a test.

I was breastfeeding full time, and on BCP and got the suprise of my lifetime... My daughter. I didn't think it could happen because I was breastfeeding on demand and on oral contraception. Guess what it did but beings I thought It couldn't I didn't know I was till I was 16 weeks along.

If you are questioning it take a HPT. If your period is ever late. Take a HPT.
