Y.,
There are two ways to fix ANYTHING. If it squeaks and shouldn't WD40.
If it moves and shouldn't Duct tape!
I wish I had the "squeaky bed" problem, not that I could hear it.
Hugs,

Please ladies
HELP! I need some advice. Our bed squeaks and it is really making me self conscience. Any one know any tricks to dampen the noise? I tried to tighten the screws but they were not loose.

Get a new bed maybe?
Is it the bed frame squeaking or the mattress set? If it's the bed frame, maybe WD40?
Why not just have sex somewhere besides the bed. It's a rare occassion when we use our bed for sex.You don't have to be young to find fun in doing it n the outside swing (if you have privacy) or in the laundry room.
Our master bed used to do the same thing, then I decided to change the bed frame... I went to this site called...bedframes.com and problem solved. you can't even hear when the other gets out of it now. That was 4 years ago and the price was $99 for queen sized bed frame. The frame supports in three areas instead of the traditional two area; easy to assemble and they deliver it to your front door :)
Hopses this helps, sure did solve out problem, noisy bed.
if all else fails... put some blankets on the floor :-)
good old fashion WD40. i even opend the cover on the box springs and hit them! works like a charm.
Believe me, I understand! With 6 kids we always manage to attract one of their attention when we're behind "closed doors". Our "happpy place" is laying sideways on the bed. Try it, you just might like it:).
I would use WD-40. It is the only thing I know would work.
I sprayed "Pam" on my hinges and it worked like a dream.
Good luck.
I agree with Loretta- spray some WD40 on the joints of the bed frame and that should do the trick. Have fun! ;)
