a great idea is to write the personal thank you to each individual you interviewed with and hand deliver the message. it shows follow thru! good luck and let us know

Call back this morning! It is not a crime to look over eager (who would you want to hire, someone who really demonstrated that they want the job or not?)

Just say something like "I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed meeting you and how interested I am in the position. If you have any further questions I would be happy to answer them." If you call before business hours you might be able to leave the message on a voice mail if the thought of saying it "live" makes you nervous.

H.,

If you look at the job search websites, they suggest sending a follow up letter thanking the person for their time. Also express that you are very interested in the position and look forward to hearing from them.

In interviewing, I love to get a letter, why? the main reason it shows follow through.
