I still don't sit down and eat a container of yogurt, but now I routinely put it in smoothies. Until 5 years ago, it tasted like poison. Still won't eat sour cream though.
I still won't eat steamed or creamed spinach (or any cooked leafy green) but I love it raw in a salad and will put chopped leaves on a pizza or flat bread.
I used to just tolerate mayonnaise but now appreciate it's subtle sweetness and use it as a sauce base in addition to a sandwich spread.
Still don't eat shellfish, but I now actually like white fish and tolerate salmon.
I LOVE brussels sprouts (especially sauteed with bacon...yum!)
I used to avoid beans like poison but now like a mix of them (chickpeas, kidney beans, lima beans etc.) in a salad.
I still don't eat mushrooms (taste like dirt), bleu cheese, ranch dressing, and olives of any sort.
