Can you call the manufacturer? I'd be afraid that alcohol and such would remove the color.
I have had success getting ink out of clothing (son just sat on a pen a few weeks ago) with rubbing alcohol. It didn't get it all out (I had laundered the pants before noticing the stain) but it significantly lightened it. Good luck

What type and form of ink? Ball point, marker, liquid? I suggest different inks have different ingredients which would determine what can lift it.
I also suggest you google the manufacturer and call customer service to ask. There are several Web sites that post information on how to remove ink stains. Google the type of ink to find sites.
Try rubbing alcohol first, make a little puddle over it and wait a minute, then scrub at it with a washcloth. Magic Eraser is great but can dull finish, so use caution if you try that.

One of my kids got ahold of a permanent marker and drew all over or linoleum. I tried everything and nothing worked. About a week later I noticed it was just gone. I think it just eventually rubbed off as we walked over it.
Comet. Then you will need to make sure the area is very very clean. When it's clean and dry pour some floor wax on it and let it dry. It should be great.
