Anyone try the HWC-diet?

I know it's a short term solution, not a lifestyle, but I need a jumpstart.

What can I do next?

Nor sure of this diet but whenever I need a jumpstart I will eat only fruits and veggies for 4-5 days and then slowly start adding other foods in. I will eat as much as I need to feel full so I never starve myself. I would rather eat 100 calories from grapes than 100 calories from a cookie anyway. It also helps that I am a fruits and veggies kind of a person. I like it because I always feel better and "cleaned out" so when I do start adding other foods in they are healthier and good for you foods. I would never suggest this for longer than the 5 days but it makes me feel better.
And drink lots and lots of water.

the cookie diet is a scam. you don't get full. if you want to do something like that, eat REAL cookies that taste good (same calories). bc really, you can eat 1 cookie morning, 1 cookie afternoon and then dinner.

that is HORRIBLE on your metabolism and it will eventually crash once you begin eating normally again.

no good.

the ONLY thing that works is just changing your LIFESTYLE.
FOR GOOD.

don't "diet".

bc when you go "off" the diet and return to old habits, sadly - so does your body!!!!!!

change your lifestyle for good.

have treats now and then, be a 'taster'.
but get rid of fried foods, fast foods, don't drink your calories (juice, coke etc) and be sensible. you don't need gravy and cheese on everything.

if you need a jump start, Healthe Trim works well, but only for SHORT TERM. it WILL ruin your metabolism if you stay on it more than a month or two months bc your body adjusts and it doesnt work anymore.
