I haven't tried it, but I adore Dr. Oz, so I'm going to look it up now!! Thanks!
I'm thinking of doing this. I even bought some of the ingredients. I couldn't find Kale at the store so I'm going to try to find all the ingredients today. I did try to cook quinoa in the microwave this morning. DIDN'T work! Very hard and crispy but I did taste a crunchy bit of it and it seemed good.
I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this and want opinions. My reasons for considering this are, I need to control portions better, want to stop craving sugar and caffiende and eventually may need to do an elimination diet and/or test for gluten sensitivity.

So funny-I was considering doing this in a few weeks!
Which doesn't really help you now, but it sounds like a better cleanse then some of the others I've looked into and it's definately shorter.
Many of my friends do cleanses but either 5 or 7 day and I've never been able to commit. Not for diet reasons but to clean out their bodies. I saw this last week and decided to give it a try. I can do anything for 2 days, right? The sad thing is I had to schedule the cleanse between dinner plans, birthdays etc so I will start next week.
Hi 1growingupfast,
I have a protein shake every morning gluten free with orgainic barley and natural juice and add water that is alkaline with minerals and that helps me with my cravings for sugar, detox and it tastes great.
If you would like the receipe let me know and I will share.
Good luck,
N. Marie
