On South Lake there is a place - I think it is Kids Kuts. It runs around 18.00, but they sit on horses or animals for the cut and the people are great.
Is there any barber / hair stylist you would recommand for my 2 yr old to get a good haircut in Pasadena area? He will be meeting his grand parents the end of June. Thanks.

I don't know how helpful this will be but if you're familiar with Pasadena, you should be able to find it. If you know where the Macy's is on Lake, there is a kiddie barber (couldn't tell you the name to save my life) shop across the street in a little plaza. It's towards the parking lot on the back side of the plaza. It is really cute, they have playground animals that the kids sit on to get their hair cut.
Hi M.:
There is a place called Little Kuts in Pasadena California.
You can google it if you want under Little kuts in Pasadena ca and you will find it. It has a 4 out of 5 star rating. I have never been but I have heard great things about it and my daughter and I plan on taking my grandson there when he turns 1 in October for his first hair cut.
the phone # is ###-###-####
350 S Lake Ave

Pasadena, Ca 91101
Hope this helps. If you do decide to go there, let me know how you enjoyed the experience. That will help us out tremendously.

I take all 3 kids to Little Kuts in Pasadena. The hardest thing is going to be trying to get your child to leave. Mine want to stay and play. They are great with kids and have lots of toys to play with while they are waiting. He can choose to sit on a rocket, a horse, an unknown animal of some kind, or a regular chair. Their number is ###-###-#### and they are in the Colonade on Lake Street in Pasadena.
Just in Time on Lake for coarse (African-American)or curly hair. They've been taking care of my 4 year old (w/ mixed curly hair) since he was 2.
Little Kuts in Pasadena on Lake Street (across the street from Macys) in the Colonnade shopping center is great for little ones who otherwise might be apprehensive. They sit on playground animals instead of in chairs and their are DVD's playing during the cut, toys, balloons and *other* kids -- which is the key. It costs a little more than supercuts or doing it yourself -- but it's worth it until they are older!
There is a place called little kuts on lake ave near California. it is in the back of this retail building. It is cute and they are great with kids.
Hi -
I used to take my son to Kids Kuts. It's on Foothill just passed San Gabriel Blvd. It's cute, kid friendly. You need an appointment, though.
Good luck!

I took both my kids there for years, they have since outgrown the place but it was great when they where little. I always had to plan a little extra time for them to play in the play area just f.y.i. Then there are always the supercuts and such.

Everyone's already recommended Little Kuts on S. Lake. I'd ask for Anna Marie. She's cut my squirmy baby's hair twice.
there's a place called Kute Kutz i think that's how they spell it..it's on Lake near Anthropology except it's in a little mall area..about $18 for a cut
I was really pleased with the haircut my son got from New Image Salon on Walnut between Los Robles and El Molino. Ask for Elva to cut it. She's the younger lady and really sweet, so if he has any anxiety, it will at least be lessoned. She's SUPER reasonable too! Hope that helps!
