I have been going to this wonderful guy for the last 3 years. His name is Marty Rizzo. I believe he has a website. RizzoSalons.com. He used to work and own the salons in Naperville, INNOVATIONS, there were 3. He recently left these salons to work for his son, giovanni. He loves to do hair. He judges world competitions. from what I understand he just wanted to do hair...his partners wanted to get into the whole spa idea with massages etc....
Anyway his son opened up a salon in plainfied off of route 30 and 146th. It is called Salon Giovanni I believe and they just opened last weekend, so I know he is taking new clients. Give him a try... ###-###-####
You could try Hair Comes the Sun in Plainfield. Their number is 815-577-SUNN. I see Mary, and have for many years. She is good at cutting my hair the way that I want it cut without being too crazy...not necessarily super trendy, but and great affordable cut. There is another lady named Mindy, and my friend sees her. Mary is harder to get into.
