My girls are older now but I would try Stride Rite in Preston Center (Preston & NW Hwy on Luther I think). They always had good ones in the past.

Once upon a child has a large selection
Once Upon a Child has some very cute ones in many different sizes and styles. Another source is Etsy.com. A friend of mine had twin girls and learned how to make them herself and said they were really easy.
Nordstrom has some nice ones in the baby section, they are actually not too pricey.

I buy mine at Kid 2 Kid. They also have some at Target, but they don't seem to stay in as well.
