Does anyone know where i can find some Gripe Water in the Saginaw/Keller area? I am in desperate need to try some.

My infant is now 2 months old and has her days and nights terribly confused. With my 21 month old toddler running around and wanting to potty train himself, i am tired and stressed to the limit. My infant will finally "go to bed" anytime b/w midnight and 3am. then she will sleep/eat until 2 or 3 pm. then around 7-9 when i try to wind her down, she can't. she becomes cranky and fussy and loves to be awake. i did schedule an ultrasound to check for reflux and i want to try the gripwater at night. my pedi told me to start training her to be awake during the day/sleep at night. it will take several weeks. on top of all this, i can't get her to rest or sleep happily on her back. i've struggled with this for about 6 weeks now. i've tried swaddling tightly with the positioner on her back, side/without the position/a crib vibrator/heartbeat sound--all she does is scream uncontrollably. in my effort to train to try her to sleep on her back, i've found that she will cry/scream for 45 minutes straight...that's about as long as i can go and i have to pick her up. Have any of you had a baby like this? what in the world do you do? if i put her on her tummy, she stays asleep and sleeps like she should, but it scares me!!

mother in distress/sleep-deprived, but trying to stay positive

What can I do next?

When my oldest son was born you could only buy it online. My youngest son was born three weeks ago and the nurses told me you could now get it at the Vitamin Shoppe. It's only about nine dollars a bottle. Much cheaper and faster than online. When it comes to back sleeping both my children sleep on their tummies. I was able to get them to sleep for short periods on their sides when they were newborns. Once they were able to hold their heads up on their own I switched them to tummy sleeping and we've all been getting a good night's rest since.

Have you had the ultrasound yet to check for GERD? If she has that, it may help to elevate her bed with a pillow UNDER the mattress so the gastric acid can't flow back upwards. Good Luck!

I have seen it- just yesterday at Market Street in Colleyville! They are also very likely to have it at Healthy Approach in G'vine.
