Go to Four Day Weekend. It's improv comedy and lots of fun.
I am planning a girls night out for a birthday and want to do something different than our usual dinner and bar night. It's a group of about 10 women in their 30s and it would be great to do something super fun. Any suggestions in the Fort Worth area?

Check out the cooking classes at Central Market in Ft. Worth or call to schedule a private party. Most creative cooking classes are paired with wine. This has been a lot of fun for girls night out or birthday parties for couples. Have fun~
Pete's Piano Bar in downtown Fort Worth is a lot of fun :)
Wine tasting at Times Ten Cellars... we had a great time there. http://timestencellars.com/. There are a lot of other fun places nearby too so you can go somewhere afterward.
City Streets! So fun! Karoake is always fun!
I just saw Four Day Weekend for the first time this year - hillarious. I was rolling in the aisle. Highly recommend!
Also, Barcadia (bar with arcade games - so awesome!) or the BYOB painting studios. A little pricy, but very different and a great way to laugh and get creative.

For my next GNO Shinjuku Station and The Usual for drinks, both on Magnolia. Yes it's still dinner and drinks BUT it's somewhere new.
Or... you can do a belly dancing/pole dancing party... if you have the right group of girls ;)
I'm always looking for something better to do than the usual. I'm going to keep checking back to see if you've gotten any responses on new places!! Thanks for putting this question out there :)
