Sounds to me like you're pinching off a nerve when you sit. I'd start with a chiropractor first & go from there. Good luck with your sleepy tootsy!
Every time I sit at the computer my one foot falls asleep really bad. Does this happen to anyone else? I don't sit on it and my feet touch the ground. It happens a lot lately then it's hard to walk for awhile.

I just visited my doctor about this same thing. He said it's the edge of the chair pushing on a nerve and muscle and suggested I get one of those office chairs that is softer and curves down on the front.
You should see a doctor. It sounds like a circulation problem.
Get up every so often and walk around a bit so your foot doesn't fall asleep.
Try to walk more in general to get your circulation going.
Mine did that as a child....What I have learned over the years is their is a reason for everything and we tend to do these types of things to ourselves. It could simply be cause from sleeping funny one restless night or driving in a car too long. My first thought is go to the chiropractor. (I prefer a principle upper cervical specialist...mainly because of their specific education) It probably won't take more than one adjustment unless you compound the problem regularly. If you don't have one, you can go to upcspine.com and find one in your area.
God bless!

Really sounds like a circulation problem. I'd see a dr. asap about it.
Sounds to me like a pinched nerve or an alignment issue too. I have simular problems. I went to upcspine.com as suggested, and they have nothing in the US. I know that I hate going to the chiropractor becasue you cant just go for one visit. They make you come back 6, 8, 12 times. That is currently why I am avoiding going.
