First Response Early Pregnancy Test

This is the test that I used and I had one faint line and one dark line and it was a positive result for me!! Hopefully, it is for you too!!!

yup - that's what happened with me! now our son is almost 3! sounds like #2 is on the way...

That second line is created only by pregnancy hormones. If there is anything at all it means you are pregnant. I've even had a positive preg. home test and then had a neg at the Dr. office because the pee test there isn't nearly as sensitive as the home tests. I went back home and got my little stick and brought it in and then they did the blood test.

I used the 2 pack on Tuesday night and Wed morning and they both were like that it says in the directions any two lines means pregnant congratulations! Then Friday afternoon the all day sickness staerted I made an apt for next week you should make a dr apt soon to find out 4 sure.

That is exactly what my test showed, when I was pregnant with my son.

Ummmm congrats!!!! a line is line. I took the same test at 12 days past ovulation and got a dark control and a very faint second line and I was pregnant. The same thing happened with my second. You just want to hear it from us that you're pregnant, huh? LOL just kidding. Have a happy and healthy 9 months!

If I'm not mistaken....I think that was the test I used, and had the same thing. I went to the doctor that day and she confimed that I was pregnant. I think that it doesn't matter how dark or faint the line, if it's there at all, more than likely you are pg.

While you can see a little bit of the line, you can't be just "a little" pregnant. The hormones that cause the reaction in the stick are only present in pregnancy so...You are all the way pregnant!!! You must be really good at working on it if this wasn't even a full attempt!

With my first son, when I called the DR, he said any line, no matter how faint, was positive. with my second pregnancy, due in May, I knew I was pregnant right away, but my husband needed the test to be positive. I took the test 3 days before the package suggested, and I had a very, very faint line. I actually thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me. I waited 2 more days and took another, and the test was Pos. still faint, burt darker than the first test. It just takes your body a little while to build up enough hormone for the test to pick it up. Good luck.

If you can see both lines at all, that means you are pregnant! Maybe wait a couple days and do it again, then it will show up more. If it shows up at all, that means there is some of the hormone, just not enough yet to make it dark. I would try the EPT digital test, I used that for my son and it was so much easier. It decided whether the line is there or not for you, and puts either pregnant or not pregnant on the screen, so you don't have to try to figure it out yourself. I used that, and it said pregnant, and I checked the stick and could barely see the line. I went to the Dr 2 days later, and they said it was negative and to come back in a week because it wasn't showing up yet (the line was barely there, their's isn't as sensitive), so I tried another one at home the next morning, positive again. Waited a week, went to the Dr, and it was positive. I would recommend that, it helps take the stress and guessing out of it... unless you don't mind waiting longer, but I am not very patient when it comes to that! Good luck! I thin you are pregnant! I took the same test when I found out I was prego with my daughter. I had the same results, the second line was faint, but it was there. If you really want to make sure I'd try another test, or just wait and see.

Congrats hon. Two lines, no matter how dark/faint means you're prego. :)

I used the same test when I just thought I might be pregnant--and I was. Even when I called the doctor's office and they sent me in for the blood test, they had to repeat it three times to make sure my hormone levels were consistantly rising and that they weren't elevated from a miscarriage. Those early response test are amazing--even better than the official tests in the very early days! Good luck!

I have used this test, and had the same result the first time I took it and I ended up being pregnant. I kept taking the test out of the garbage and looking at it again, because it was so hard to tell! I took another test a few days later and it was plenty darker. I believe there isn't enough of the pregnancy hormone for the test to detect when it is so early in the pregnancy. I would try again in a few days and if your line is darker congrats! If the lines are in the preg pattern then you are!!! IT doesnt matter if they are dark or faint...You are pg!!! Congrats!

Congrats YOUR pregnant... it most of the time it does not matter how faint the line is if there two it means it positive. but still take another just to be onthe safe side.

I'd say your pregnate, but if your still wondering take anouther one or make a appt. with your Doc, but as a mother of three I can say I am pretty sure thats a YES U R!!
