My favorite is the one that the seat that the baby sits in is large and comes off of the swing bars. I had 3 swings and this is the only one that my son loved and would fall asleep in.
I'm looking to sell it for a small fee ($10)
I am shopping for a new baby swing but would like to know which ones other Mothers loved and why?? My daughter never was a swing person but the one I had was not cosy and snuggly. Thank you for your input!!
Thank you everyone for your advice and input!! I did go with the Fisher Price Nature's Touch Swing it sells at Babies-R-Us for 129.99 and I got it off Craigslist.com for 55.00, used but just like brand new!!!

The Fisher Price Nature's Touch swing is the best!!! It's a bit pricy ($130 at Babies R Us) but it is a true lifesaver! My son is 4 mo now and still LOVES his swing! He naps in it everyday!
Read the online reviews on it, I know a lot of other moms agree it's great.
I agree with Amy W...we also have a Fisher Price Ocean Wonders swing (now I believe it is a Rain Forest theme), and both my kids loved the side-to-side motion. I have a 2 year old boy and a 8 month old girl, and both HATED the back-to-forth swinging motion! I don't know if they were scared or if they had butterflies or what, but they both really loved the side-to-side motion. So I would suggest getting any swing (like Fisher Price) that allows you to do both!
Both of my kids really like the Fisher-Price Aquarium Take Along Swing. They would sleep in it for hours. And it is great because it folds flat and you can take it with you places.
Any of the cradle swings are great! We have the Ocean Wonders Cradle Swing by Fisher-Price! It is worth its weight in gold! Neither of my children were into the normal swings that go front to back. However, the cradle swings that go side-to-side did the trick. Good luck and God Bless!

I LOVE my Fisher Price Nature's Wonders swing and the Bobby Travel Swing....they are both great! The Fisher price swing is cozy and at times that had been the only way my son would sleep when he was first born. The Boppy is great if you are going to be traveling. Good Luck!
Hi Amy,
Good luck with your upcoming baby this summer! As for the baby swing that my second child loved it was Fisher Price - I beleive... It's the swing that can swing not only back and forth but sideways too. He really liked the sideways swinging. They are kind of pricey but totally worth it. Again, good luck!

We used the Cradle Swing Ocean Wonders. It was fantastic and will hold the baby up to 25 lbs.
