I have experienced that feeling, but it doesn't happen often. I don't know if there is a term for it...would be nice to know :) It almost feels like i'm not in my body. It's very weird.
this is going to be a little weird BUT
has anyone ever experienced the feeling of moving really fast and everything around you seems to be going slower? Is this just me and is there an actual term out there for that ??

Anxiety or panic attacks.....I get them also....some people have them so bad they have to be on medicine....If they get worse I would go see a doctor to make sure that is what it is is and nothing else..
It's called stress. Unless you do have panic attacks or allergies. I am constantly on the go and have 50 million things to do in a day so I feel like I'm always in a hurry and everyone else is taking their time or going slow. I get frustrated because it's like they are intentionally taking their time just to keep me from getting to the other things I have to do. I'm a multi-tasker by nature. I'll be washing dishes while cooking dinner..while washing clothes, while giving my daughter something to drink, while getting the table set, while drawing a bath for my daughter so I can bathe her while her food cools. My husband has to constantly remind me to slow down in stores because I'm walking so fast he can barely keep up. It's just stress and too much on your plate. It doesn't get much better by the way.

Do you have a sinus infection or bad allergies right now? The only reason I ask is because I had a very bad sinus infection once that got into my inner ear canal and it gave me virtigo. It's where your equlibrium (sp?)is knocked off balance. If I got up too fast I got really dizzy, like the room was spinning. If I walked too fast it felt like I was in a time warp and the room streached out really far. Is that what you are feeling? A ear infection could do it too. I'd call your DR and see what they say about it!!! If it is virtigo, FYI the medication they give is for motionsickness and can actually make it worse!! That's what they gave me and I could hardly stand up without falling over!

Not unless I was on something like adapax...are you taking anything at the moment? If not,and if this is a often thing for you thn you need to see a doctor. I sometimes feel that time is either going to fast or 2 slow.
