Has any one had a bad expereince with empire today rug company? Their customer service is horrible. The first time they did a no call no show and their customer service didn't think anything was wrong. Also on the fourth time the cut the new carpet wrong. and measured the room weong. Don't waste your time or your money with them.

Did you research them before you put money down? Tell me you didn't pay in full first. Any company that claims to be that below the competitor has to be doing something to make up the loss, ya know.
If you haven't paid them yet I would suggest you withhold part until they make everything right.
I had them come for drapery once, and the guy was creepy and high-pressure. He was annoyed that I didn't want to order on the spot, even though they clearly say that you can have a no-obligation consultation. I'll NEVER give my money to such a shady company.
I'm sorry you didn't know about them from the get go. I sure hope you have not paid in full.
IF you paid by credit card, you might be able to appeal the chrages through the card.
You have to know that you do not possibly buy 1/2 of a room and get 3 more rooms free coverage. If it smells like a rat... it usually is.
When I want to send a message and a company is not complying with returning messages, repairing work, etc I make them spend hours on hours with paperwork from me. I bombard them until I get an answer. The know I will not go away. You start costing them money with follow up calls to your house, etc, they will get the project completed. Cost them money... that is key
Had them come out to do a quote on laminate in two bedrooms. They were almost three time more than we ended up paying a local contractor who did a great job. They tried to rush the deal and made us pay a small refundable deposit which took some work to get back. Don't like them!
WOW, thats funny. I had them come do 1 room in my house a couple years ago. The guy came out to our house, took a look at the room, showed us swatches, and then came back next day and did it with no problems! I actually had a great experience with them.
Gosh, we had a great experience with them - loved the service and the carpeting we got!
