For 2 days I have been having really bad dizzy spells. A few times I have almost fallen and blacked out. I haven't been having any other sypmtoms. That's why I am so confused as to what can be causing this. It even happens when I roll over in bed real fast. If anyone has suggestions as to what these dizzy spells might be a symptoms of I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

What can I do next?

Hi, my beautiful baby girl's name is H. too! I had dizzy spells when I was pregnant. Also had them recebtly when I had an ovarian cyst which was pressing on something that made my blood supply limited sometime, go to your Gyno...and have it checked out if you don't get better!

Hi H., I used to have dizzy spells alot. I found that drinking water & trying not to get too hot really helped me. I still think it may be something hormonal though.

I moved to this area and don't know too many people out here either, and I would love to talk with you. E-mail me anytime

Hi H.. I know that dizziness can be a symptom of being dehydrated. Maybe try drinking some gatorade and see if it helps. If it still continues, you should call your dr. I hope this helps!

I'm no dr. or nurse, but make sure you eat and drink plenty. Could it be your equalibrium (sp?) is off?
