Contact a travel agent (they get their commission from Disney) or contact Disney directly. I recommend staying at a Disney hotel so you can utilize their bus system and not have to drive AND be able to get their meal plans. Even though the plan may initially seem a bit high, it is cheaper than buying the meals outright when you get there. Unless you want to rent a house while there and prepare your own meals (food cost wise it cheaper). Depending on how long you are staying and how many people are going it can be cheaper than the hotel option. Downside is you then have to drive and park etc.
Contact WDW and ask about the deals. The WDW website is helpful as well. We've been about 12 times and loved it every time. We've always stayed at the Polynesian which is super handy and on the monorail line. It is one of the pricier spots but worth it to us.
We've been with just us 3 and we've been when 4 families met there. We all stayed close to each other at the hotel, had a great time.
I personally work one on one with WDW and the airlines. I don't use travel agents because I've managed our travel for 25 yrs and don't need a middle man.
