Oh so easy and tasty...

1/2 C. Apricot preserves
2-3 TBLS Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper
Warm in pan on stove.

Salt and pepper pork chops and grill/ fry/ bake (whatever you like) before you are ready to flip them spoon over some of the sauce...do this on both sides.

Wild rice and a veggie and some mandarin oranges is what we usually pair with this and it is tasty!

*Pull out some sauce for dipping and set it a side...then use the rest on the cooking pork chops!

Easy.

Put 1.25 cups of rice in a pot with one 15 oz can of chicken broth, 1 can of rotel and half a chopped onion and turn on the burner to just above low. Place the lid on the pot. In 20 minutes place a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan, turn on the fire to high and put a drop of water in the skillet. When the water starts to jump, turn the fire down to medium, place the pork chops in the frying pan. Sprinkle with garlic granuels (no salt) and Canadian steak seasoning. Place the lid on the frying pan. In about two to three minutes turn them over and replace the lid. In two to three minutes more, when the pork chops are done, place them on a plate and dump the rice into the pan where you cooked the pork chops. In about 5 mnutes, the rice should have had a chance to fry a little. Stir. In three minutes or so remove from the frying pan, place a portion on each plate and smooth to the size of your pork chops. Place the pork chops on top of the rice and serve.

Hope you and yours enjoy.

I love making stuffed pork chops. You slit open the side and create a pocket and fill 'er up! I found a recipe for an amazing "semihomade" stuffing. You use regular stovetop, but instead of water, use a mixture of chicken broth and water. Add in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and stuff the porkchops. I serve it with a hearty green veggie like spinach or broccoli. My husband and son LOVE it!

My mom used to cut them up into bite size pieces.
Put them in a pan w/a little oil to cook them.
When cooked through, she'd add 2 scrambled eggs and a jar of the pickled veggies in the Mexican food aisle (it has pickled carrots, califlower etc.)
Very good.

*You could cut the chops into strip and cook in a pan w/a little oil.
When cooked, add some bell pepper strips (red & green) w/a little more oil.
Serve w/white rice and green beans

Sometimes we make a pork chop casserole that my kids really like.....you brown the pork chops in a skillet then you take apples and sprinkle them with a little cinnamon and sugar(or you can use apple pie filling) and layer them in the bottom of a casserole dish, then you put the pork chops on top of that, then top it with prepared stuffing mix(like stove top)...bake covered at 350 for 30 min then uncover and bake 10 more min.

Cut them up, let them sit in teriyaki sauce, throw in a pan, cook until done and serve over rice. We had chicken last night, so tonight we are having pork chops. I am ging to grill them with jack daniels marinade and serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. =)

I mix I package Progresso Italian Panko bread crumbs (have tried other brands and generic and like these the best) with one package of lipton onion soup mix, stir together to blend.
In another dish beat one egg.
Dip chops in egg was and then cover with crumb mixture and place on sheet pan.
Spray with pam spray (or similar) and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
We also do variations with the lemon pepper panko and chicken/fish (I do not add lipton onoin for this).
